File 04 · Law
A major Washington, D.C. personal injury firm.
They were already a client at a previous agency. When this company started, they came with us. We had built the site years earlier. Year one was about making the phones ring in the markets they actually care about.
SEO. Local SEO. Regular content. A Google Business Profile that stays active. And a contact form that had stopped delivering submissions. We found it, fixed it, and made sure every inquiry reaches them.
more leads
- From About one lead every ten days
- To More than ten leads every day
- Also Phone calls up about ten times
File 05 · Law
A leading Louisiana environmental and personal injury firm.
We redesigned the main WordPress site and refreshed the branding so it looked like the national practice they are: faster, cleaner, and more professional. Then we rebuilt a second site that had been on a landing-page builder, matching the new design and giving it a much stronger SEO foundation.
SEO, local SEO, LinkedIn. Calls and forms jumped. Then a city in New Jersey called about water polluted with PFAS, also called “forever chemicals.” They won an $11.3 million settlement to help clean it. After we put that story on the site and every channel, the owner called: build a third site, run SEO, stand up a CRM so every lead gets an instant reply and a qualification question.
We also got them off an expensive host onto a cheaper one with better backups, and off a costly video platform. More than a hundred videos moved to a free public YouTube page. Thousands saved. The settlement is theirs. We helped the phone ring.
settlement the firm won for a city
- From A rebuilt site and SEO that brought in bigger cases
- To Hired by a New Jersey city over PFAS in the water
- Next A third website and CRM to handle the new demand
File 06 · Franchise
A national swim-school franchise.
Twenty-six-plus subsites on a platform with serious SEO limits, plus a WordPress rebuild another agency had left about 25% finished a year earlier, with broken plugins, security issues, and a design that no longer fit the brand.
Months of repair and templatizing. Corporate plus fifteen-plus franchise owners signed off on a sleek new look. We are switching them onto a fast, mobile-friendly WordPress site we did the heavy lifting on. It is going live now.
We also stood up a CRM so leads stop vanishing into a mess of inboxes, manage social, Meta ads, Google Ads, local SEO, and content, and built a find-your-level tool so a parent can match a child to the right course by age, experience, special needs, or private lessons.
new leads in under five months
- From Broken sites and leads lost in scattered inboxes
- To Their best year ever, heading toward 32 pools
- CRM Qualifies leads automatically, saving owners time and money
File 07 · Construction
A leading Canadian home renovation contractor.
Brantford, Ontario. Another client who followed from a previous agency. SEO, local SEO, and Google Ads were already producing leads. Then we built them a unique asset: the only free construction price-estimate tool we know of on Earth.
A homeowner answers questions about size, materials, and scope. It returns an estimate before anyone picks up the phone. Sales conversations get shorter because “the estimate tool is right.” Competitors use it. It has shown up as evidence in lawsuits. We built it with them, iteration after iteration, with their branding on it. It is exclusive to them for now, and we can build tools like this for other businesses too.
more traffic and leads
- From SEO and ads that were already bringing work in
- To A custom estimate tool that 5×’d traffic and leads
- Also Bigger jobs, new trucks, and an easier time hiring
File 08 · Auto
An auto shop that needed more than a website.
We built the site. We did the SEO, local SEO, content, social, and paid ads. The shop still needed a better way to run the floor, so we built them a custom piece of software.
Mechanics clock in, out for lunch, back in, and out at night. They can read the handbook in the same tool. Open tickets are the cars in the bay. Open tasks are everything else. Notes, emails, “your vehicle is ready,” printed receipts, VIN scan, and voice-to-text. Buttons sized for greasy hands. Management can track accountability when needed.
Everyone can see the status of every car, so vehicles leave faster. It costs a fraction of the usual shop-management suites, and it made the whole shop run better.
shop software we built
- From A website and ads, but no system for the shop floor
- To Time clocks, tickets, VIN scan, and customer updates in one place
- Result Cars leave faster, for less than typical shop software
File 09 · Home services
A pest-control company in business more than 76 years.
Another agency had set up their Google Business Profile over a decade ago as a service-area business with no address. Nobody had the keys. They could not add photos, answer reviews, or update the listing, so it was hard to win the local pack.
We built a new profile, then proved ownership of the original with documents and a verification video, and merged the old listing, 150-plus reviews and all, into a proper profile with an address. Photos, video, every optional field, reviews answered.
Then a new WordPress site to replace a 15-year-old website-builder site. A two-minute promotional film, shot and edited in-house. A new logo. They are booked and busy. Number one in the local pack, and steadily climbing in organic search. The success came quickly.
in Google’s local pack
- From A locked listing they could not update for 10+ years
- To 150+ reviews recovered, plus a new website
- Result Booked and busy, after 76 years in business
File 10 · Lexington
A luthier school, two weeks and a guitar.
An instrument-making workshop in Lexington, North Carolina. Students fly in, spend two weeks, and leave with a guitar, or an oud, or a cuatro, after a course that runs about five thousand dollars. The site was Squarespace. We improved the SEO and the user experience on the site they already had.
Google Ads aimed at larger cities and people who can invest in a two-week course. Leads came. People enrolled.
The best part: a Google Business Profile that had been suspended when the shop moved from New York City to North Carolina. We restored it, merged it with the new listing, and took them from a split reputation to about 135 reviews and climbing. He was very happy about that.
five-star Google reviews
- From Losing 100+ Google reviews to a suspension
- To Every review recovered, plus regular $5,000+ leads
File 11 · Outdoors
A landscaping company booked through next year.
We built the site, showed the work properly, and tuned the pages so a visitor who wants a quote can actually leave one. They started with us around January. By early summer they were booked for the rest of the year. They have had a year as busy as five previous years stacked together. They turn work away now.
A previous company let their domain expire. We got it back. They ranked better afterward than they had before it dropped.
Someone left a negative review after torrential rain, frustrated that a quote could not happen fast enough. We had it removed. They asked us to pause Google Ads because they are at capacity, and they are happy with that.
solid through next year
- From A new website and a recovered domain
- To As busy as five previous years combined
- Ads Paused on purpose. They cannot take more work.
File 12 · Animals
A Melbourne, Florida dog-training school.
Training, boarding, grooming. We did not build the original site. We make it better all the time. We run the marketing: content almost every day, the kind people share, plus the rest of the stack.
The calendars are packed. The reviews keep landing at five stars. They are having a strong year.
reviews, and full calendars
- From Daily content and full-service marketing
- To Boarding, grooming, and training all booked
File 13 · Consulting
A Smartsheet consulting and CMMC compliance firm.
They did not find us in a directory. They had worked with people on this team at a previous agency, liked them, and followed them here. That is still how a lot of this company grows.
We did not build the site. We improve it constantly. Google Ads, SEO, local SEO, social, content, and the ideas behind the content. A couple of months in: stronger traffic, stronger lead flow.
in the first few months
- From They followed our team from a prior agency
- To Stronger traffic and more leads within months
File 14 · The bench
New sites. Then the marketing that makes them worth having.
A second law firm
New WordPress site, SEO, local SEO, social, Google Ads, and branding. The phones are busy.
A psychotherapy practice
New website, new logo, SEO, and Google Ads. She changed the business name and the old Google profile, which had fifty reviews, got suspended. We restored it, merged it with the new one, and she has her reputation back.
A custom painting company
New site, SEO, local SEO, social, Google Ads, and branding. They are busy in the way painters want to be busy.
A dumpster and demolition outfit
New site, SEO, local SEO, social, ads. They are easier to find, and the phones are busier.
A holistic health practice
New site, SEO, local SEO, social, Google Ads, and branding. Clearer story, easier to book, easier to find.
The pattern
We build it. We market it. We stay on after launch to keep it working.
File 15 · Problems that are not “campaigns”
If it is blocking the business, it is the job.
Print, Friday, five minutes
A charitable organization celebrating 75 years needed 300dpi “arches” showing the city as it looked three-quarters of a century ago, seen through the arch. We turned it around. It hit the printer with minutes to spare before Friday close. The event went off.
A domain that vanished
A prior vendor missed the domain renewal, and it expired. We got it back. Rankings came back stronger than before the drop.
After hours fire alarms
An attorney left a firm. The request came in on a weekend. An hour later every mention was off the site and the client had a note that it was done. Google listings restored and merged. Reviews pulled down that should not have been there. We like unusual problems.

File 17 · Why this works
We catch what other agencies miss.
We look for the quiet problems that stall growth: a form that stopped sending, a listing nobody can log into, a domain about to expire, a builder that cannot rank, a lead that landed in three inboxes and never got an answer.
No long-term contracts. Pause or cancel when you want. We stay small on purpose so you keep a real team, not a handoff.
If another company is already running your SEO or ads and you want a change: switch over and take 50% off your first month, up to $5,000. Same offer as the website. No long-term contract required.
File 18 · Close
Have a problem? We have probably already solved a stranger one.
We are faster, we care more, and we will build the custom tool if that is what grows the business. Lexington, North Carolina. Happy to work with you anywhere.
